Quickbooks Online - EstiMate Desktop

Is there anyone out there that is using EstiMate Desktop that has been able to link to Quickbooks Online?

We are switching to QB Online soon, and are wondering if it will link.

TIA!

We use QB desktop for all aspects, CMR, QUOTES, INV, CC PROCESSING, ETC
Use an Excel sheet for the calculations and then import into QB

Have you contacted EstiMate Desktop?
If they can be linked, I would start there

Hey my friend I have been in this business for over 20 years. I have looked at every software there is to fit the large format world and the only one I have found is ShopVox. It will simplfy your whole front end and they have the best service. Once it is set up it is a breeze and you always know your numbers. It speaks with QB seemlessly. You account will love the invoice and payments from it.

Unfortunately EstiMate is dead. I still use an old version but can't load it on new PC's as their serial number server no longer validates. Always hoping someone has a work around as I still like their software.

We use Estimate. I asked years ago when we went to QB online. It still does not link to QB online as far as I know. I believe it was due to how the Estimate server is on a local computer & not cloud based. Estimate hasn't really updated much over the years unfortunately. They do have very responsive tech support though.

17 years ago I had Estimate linked with my QuickBooks but Estimate is out of business so you won't get help, unfortunately. I would suggest looking at another program and moving on from Estimate.

One of the cheapest I was able to find is SignTracker and it does link to QuickBooks, although I have not used that function. There's a lot of discussion on here on estimating programs and even on Estimate if you try a search.

Estimate is still in business. We have used it now for the last 10 years. They have responsive tech support, they just haven't really updated over the years like they probably should. We have been thinking of trying Sign Tracker again so that we have a cloud based software. It was one we gave a test run before going with Estimate years agao. At the time it was too complicated.

Unfortunately EstiMate is notoriously hard to get in contact with - its email based on the best of days, and online support is extinct. We will be looking at switching after only using them for years.

We used Shop Vox in the past for Job Management but didn't use the quoting feature - we will most likely switch to this as we also have a clothing department that can utilise the same program.

It is good to know that it speaks with QB that has been needed for us
