Being a grandpa is more fun than working
Whatever happened to simple quotes over the phone for "off-the-shelf" office supplies?
To make a long story short, the local quick print added an inkjet franchise a few months ago.
Our local office supply store recently bought out a long-established, well respected print shop.
And I get caught in the crossfire of their new "policies".
It took me the better part of an hour to get two, simple....over-the-phone quotes on a laser jet toner cartridge.
Seems they "have to look it up" and will need to take my name, number and company name so they can "get right back to me".
Is it any wonder why people resort to the big box stores?
