Race car Graphics Help!

See attached photo for design.

I’m trying to get each design piece to print without having to waste an 110in piece of vinyl since it is not a full wrap. The body of the car is red. The only way I can get it to print is if I print the whole design that I used to create the mask within the template. Does anyone know how I can printer each section of design just how it is displayed in the template? Thanks!

drop the gradient in the "swoops" then use plotter material, with the 8 being printed.

our designers/production always "nest" the work in pieces to minimize waste.
use the cut lines of the car to create your panels for production.

Instead of flexi could you use Versaworks? Very easy to divide into panels and nest. Otherwise do the nesting in Illustrator which I have also done for race car graphics.
