Radio Flyer Wagon Font ID (actually RADIO SUPER)

Hello Customer is restoring a Radio Flyer Wagon.
I have been trying for some time now to identify this font with no success.
I also need to reproduce the badge arrow and the little boy in wagon graphic.
Not too many images for what I am looking for online.
Contacted Radio Flyer about trying to purchase decals, they replied that they
did not have any.
