RE 640 Decommissioned - Re commissioned

Hi guys,

Ive had a Re 640 de-com'd for a period of approx 6 - 8 months,

I re-com'd it after those few months once we made our move, everything started out well until a few months back we started to notice starvation of the magenta ink, when i say starvation im not getting dropped nozzles or skew nozzles, all of those fire 100% even after i finish a print which has had a semi drastic color shift from beginning to end of the print, and these occur either on a high quality slow print or a fast production print.

So im not too sure if there might be air bubbles in the line, or still some contamination residing in the pump from the cleaning cartridges, could be it be a damper issue?

Ive noticed when printing a magenta strip that the dot size drastically changes towards the end of the head pass and i start noticing some banding too in that area,

Any input would be sooo appreciated

Thank you guys

Ps: set up is

New print head and dampers before it was decommissioned.
OEM roland inks
Versaworks 5.etc etc
Print head Temp 38
Dryer Temp 40-50 dependent on media
Ambient Temp 15 - 28 deg ( saying that cause ive had this issue in both hot and cold weather)

Tony.
