Really Really Need Some Font Help Please!

I have no clue what font they used on these cop cars...and of course they are now in a rush to have me do their two new ones.....no idea how they got the weird angles on the contours of all the feet on the words Police? Any help is vey much appreciated

seems to be palatino (and helvetica in one image)

looks like a beveled contour, easy to do in omega for one

The corners of the letters look the were done with Gerber Omega
outline tool - corner type option

And of course I use Corel

apply the contour, separate contour, do fillet/scallop/chamfer
