I'm sorry, this is the best resolution that I've got....or I'd search myself.
I can't sort through the 5,000 fonts in my head either.

maybe Nerva? for CRESENT BEACH and the second line looks like a form of Futra to me.

Good news and bad news.

I was able to match the font to one named Architect Bold.

This particular version of Architect Bold was published by the old VariTyper Corporation whom I do not believe is in business any longer. Attempting to find a clone match comes up empty in my archives.

It's a brand new logo designed for this place....

It's just for a quote though for the time being.
Any recommendations for a close relative Freidrich for layout purposes????

Arial Sucks.
Letraset Carlon is not an exact match (the R is a bit different), but it is about the closest titling font I can find to equal the sample.
