recommend a shear to cut 040 / 080 aluminum?

could someone recommend or point in the right direction what to look for a high quality non-powered shear to quality clean cut aluminum sheets up to 080 thick (it will also be used to cut 3mm max metal (aka dibond, etc))? looking for something clean, quiet, quality, and reliable. 48" inch is really all that wee need. Thanks!

I have a 52" Grizzly shear I bought off Ebay. We've been using it for several years and love it. Cuts .040, .080 and 3mm dibond everyday.
