Recommendations in Clearwater St. Pete area for realtor?

Looking on buying a condo for my mother in the Clearwater, St. Pete area.
Alot of places available in the area. Not looking for a high end place.
Descent area etc.

Anyone know a good realtor in the area to deal with?
Gonna go down for about 4 days and look and wanted to get some showings lined up.
Before I go, figured I would see if any one on the forum had some recommendations.

No recommendations but both are nice areas and near the beaches. I seem to hear about more crime in St. Pete than Clearwater, but then again, crime is everywhere these days.

In St Petersburg

Look up Bill Dudley. I grow up in St Pete, he was my baseball coach in high School. He is in end in the north end on 62nd Ave N.
