$2200 is less than a spectra head from a viable third party source for me, but how are you guaranteeing you'll open all the nozzles?
Why are you not cleaning the full hp/nur spectra brand of heads in the complete assembly?
In simply swapping ribbons on our print heads we've found in real world circumstances that there's so much debris that can fall into the backside of the nozzles that we usually do more harm then good.
