Reflective "ghost image"

How can I print a graphic and have a "ghost reflective image" in it. Say a white number, with a reflective white skull in it.
The number doesn't reflect but the skull does, and the skull is pretty much invisible until lit. I thought of just cutting the reflective, but the design is real detailed, I would rather print it somehow, but do not have white printing in my printers. Any ideas?

only thing I can think of is a cut reflective overlay, but even then the whites wouldn't match

Had to do something similar with a township vehicle here. Depending on how large and/or detailed, I simply reverse cut (in my case) white vinyl and overlaid it on white reflective. You could still see a little bit of the "grey" of the reflective, but from 5 feet it was almost invisible.
