Good afternoon,
How much are you all charging per square foot for the following:

Printed/laminated/contour cut reflective graphics
Printed/laminated reflective on ACM

I know there are a lot of variables, including which materials and printers you have, but thank you in advance.
We have been using the oralite 5650RA and the Oraguard 279G laminate

However you came upon the pricing for your partial or full wrap vinyls along with the proper laminate, use the same formula and punch in the costs of the new materials and you should be pretty much on course. What I get or someone across the country or wherever, should have no bearing on your pricing. Only you know what ya need to keep your doors open with your own overhead.

The other thing to consider when pricing reflective is additional time to weed it. Probably a bit more wear and tear on your plotter blade and maybe even a double pass on cutting if you do that. Sometimes we do if the lettering is small.

Tru Dat...heavy reflective even wears on your rollers so sometimes you have to do smaller runs to avoid slippage on large cuts...
there is always a few more messed up letters while weeding too, sometimes you might even be able to save the letter but you can tell the reflective layer is messed up underneath and will show under light.

I want to love where you live....

Even using traffic certified products, we can't go higher than $5 a sqft for reflective traffic signs on .081 aluminum.

We get a bit more for ACM / non traffic people... But still under $10-12 a foot.
