Registration Marks out of position

I really don't have any idea why this is happening, could somebody help, please.

Please describe your workflow (what app are you designing in, what RIP & printer, what cutting plug-in etc).

Sorry, i'm using illustrator cs4 and then open it at cutting master 3. I put the registration marks with the "convert rectangle"

The first thing I would do is to reset CM3 to factory default settings, this can be done in the CM3 program, File Menu > Preferences > Advanced screen > Restore Factory Defaults.

I do all the for cut and for print layers stuff, then go to registration marks and select convert rectangle, but when i send the document to cutting master it's not allign.

All documents or just this one?
It looks like you have a corrupt document to me.
Save as a new document, flatten transparency, etc and try sending again.

The view makes it look like the file is too large for the media selected- or orientation? or placement of graphic for center- left or right may be needed.
