Registration marks

I need to have White Registration marks printed on Clear...
the finish size is .17" circle for each one.
I would like to order about 5k of these....we use to print and cut these on our Summa DC3 until we sold it....so now I am looking for a source b/f I run out...
So if you can print white on clear and cut accurate circles then let me know...thanks!

The clear circle is . 17? Or the reg mark is .17 and the clear is say .25?

We have an Edge FX & it is very accurate for print/cut on clear. Just used it today for this purpose (smaller order than yours - only 500). Send me an art file to see what exactly you're talking about & I can discuss pricing.
