Regular vinyl for floor decal?

Hey everyone,

We have a customer who is looking to get 300-400 floor decals at 8.5in x 5.5in. My question is, is it completely necessary for us to order in some vinyl specifically for this job or can this be accomplished with 3M IJ-35 that we have in stock? Does anyone have any experience with applying floor graphics with regular cheap vinyl, and what were the results? lifespan? Any information would be helpful.
