reinstall of omega 2.1 help

just reformatted my hard drive and attempted to reinstall omega 2.1. my edge fx and plotter do not respond when sending over to print! i called gerber help desk and they said they do no longer help anyone with 2.1 as its too old!!!! so now i'm stuck not being able to print and gerber refuse to help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! anyone on here able to give me some advice to get me up and running???

just reinstalled omega again, seems my plotter works, just not my edge fx! usually theirs an icon on the bottom of the screen near the clock. that has a yellow triangle on it....as the edge fx is connected via an ethernet. that seems to be the problem, nothing is getting through. i didn't remove the ethernet cable so........

Not sure how you have your FX TCP/IP address setup. From the GspTray (Install Vinyl printer) if you select the network tab and select find does it find your FX? If not then check the settings on the FX.

I'm doing this from memory as I have not played with 2.1 in soooooo long.

thanks tony, i managed to get it working again,,finally! reread the manual twice, looked up the question on google and managed somehow to do it!! lol......thanks for the reply appreciate it
