Had a customer do that one time. Decided to get it off himself, heat didn't work, razor blades were taking too long, chemicals didn't budge it so he had his guys grind if off. Brought it to me, told him the prints were'nt going to last on the raw aluminum, it would have to be painted. So he takes it back, his guys rolled a couple of coats of automotive white enamel on it. Brings it to me, looks beautiful. Stuck the first line of lettering on it....the transfer tape lifted every bit of the paint off. They hadn't prepped it at all just washed it and rolled paint over the raw aluminum.

Never saw them or the truck again.
