Remove background in flexi ?

After rasterizing text I apply chrome filter (Eyecandy) with magic wand and have a square white background. Is there a way to get rid of this background in Flexi similar to Photoshop? (transparent background)

Duplicate your text vectors before you rasterize them. Finish by doing a center-center justification with the duplicate vectors on top of the image and select both then apply a mask.

Couldn't you simply select "create mask" in the rasterize window?

i do it just like Fred said. The "make transparent" feature isn't all that great.

I agree with Fred. I also inline the vector mask slightly to completely avoid any pixelated edges showing on the resulting masked text.
