Remove ink

Not sure what type of ink is used to screenprint

Can I wash it off with something so I can reletter with vinyl
It looks like it's on some type of engraved stock

The chemicals needed to remove screen print would destroy the surface of the plastic.

Theres something called spot remover...you could try it
