Removing Acrylic Panel

JTBoh

I sell signage and signage accessories.
Check for screws going through the retainer.
check for silicone or other padding in the retainer.

A 24 oz framing hammer works well on acrylic, but not so well on polycarb.

When you pull the end retainer, does the acrylic look like it was cut with some slack? Not sure how cold it is where you are but we have some faces that are frozen in the retainer, could that be why it's hard to pull out? If not, it might be that they didn't under cut the acrylic so it slides in and out the way it should.

Could be it's too thick for the retainer, or the retainer is filled with cr*p, or if it's cold there it's frozen, or there a fastener in it somewhere. Is it definitely acrylic?
If it is you'll have to use care, if it's lexan you can be a little more aggressive. Since you have two sides open have someone on each side and try working it out.
If the retainers dirty try flushing it out.
