Removing vinyl from propane tank

The graphics are about 8' high, by 40' long. The tank itself is about 60' long.
It has a digital print on Oracal 3165RA. Can't use heat...or flames. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

When we re-wrapped a small fleet of fuel tanker trucks we had the same issue.
