Replace Ugly Windows 7 Logon Screen

For those of you techie geeks that can't stand the new Windows 7 logon screen with the bird and flower,

here is a small utility to change the image . . . Nothing to install, just open the program and change the logon screen.

Image must be smaller than 245KB
