I've been getting a replace wiper message on my Roland SP540v. Usually when I power up, I instantly get the message on the readout, I press enter and it continues through the power up cycle. I've replaced the wipers a number of times , but it still gives me the message every time I power up. What's occurred a few times , is when it automatically cleans itself, this will happen when no one is around, leaving the heads exposed, as the capping station will drop down and can't continue until the wiper message is removed. As I type this, I have the heads soaking in the capping station once again . HELP!
