Replacement iPhone ear buds with mic options?

Hey guys, I notice a lot of customers keep saying it's hard to hear me sometimes and the line gets static on it while using my iPhone 4s with the earbuds with mic.

Anyone know a better brand that has a built in mic like these that will work with my iPhone during calls? Just so convenient when doing something while talking to the customer sometimes like finishing up some invoicing or separating graphics.
