Replacing Maintenance Station - Have you?

So... replaced a maintenance station? If so... used a factory one, or bought an aftermarket one? Experience, price, etc?

It's time on our 1304, and been debating which way go.

Go OEM... That is all I have to say about that...

I fitted an aftermarket one about 10 months ago and still going strong.
Only issue I had was the wiper was a lot stiffer than original and was flicking ink everywhere but was easily replaced.
Huge saving over original, and to look at an exact copy.

I don't know about the cost - replaced mine with an OEM unit.
It is dead easy to change out.
Just a couple of screws and reset of the pump life counter.
It is laid out step by step in the service guide.

I replaced mine with an OEM about 5 years ago, I just replaced the capping station earlier this year. I really wish I would of bought an extra print head back then also, I cant believe the prices they are charging now a days.

Replaced the MS on our 1204 last spring. Not very difficult if you are mechanically inclined. *BTW - I went with OEM.
