Reputable Tech in NY area?

Does anyone have a reputable technician in NYC area? (It's the cutters that have issues more often than printer) HP obviously charges an arm and a leg and take forever to come out. I need someone reliable and that is experienced in the industry

(Summa cutters + HP latex printers)
