Restaurant Menu Hanging Hardware

We have a customer who wants a food menu board hung up behind their counter. The boards will be about 3'x3' and a qty of 4 from left to right. Picture something similar to Chipotle. The customer also wants the boards to be slightly angled, with the bottom of the board being farther back than the top. We are probably going to do this on Ultra Board or something similar. What hardware would work best for this installation?
