Question Retractable Banner Stands: Resetting

Anyone know about how many rewinds it takes to reset the coil in a retractable banner stand? Using a SilverWing.

Customer probably let it go when they were done and it shot off the part that attaches itself to the stand.

i am not sure for that exact brand, i would start with 10 -15 and see how it feels. do a few more if needed.
i know the ones i use have to be rewinded a little more as they age

I do 20 for the silver steps and silver wings

don't use that brand, but surely they have either instructions that came with it or their website has teh information needed
