Retractable Banner Stands

Hi

I would love to hear a make and model and reseller that someone recommends for both economy (under $30) and a mid range ($50ish) retractable banner stand.
If it's easy to use, and doesn't take a degree from M.I.T. to put together, that's a bonus.

I know you get what you pay for, but there has to be something economy that has an outside chance of lasting, doesn't there? We just ordered some orbus stands, but they have a bazillion, and the jury is out.
