Reusable Material Ideas Needed

So I have a customer who wants to do 3'x3' reusable signs that he can stick 2nd surface on doors for retail spaces that are for rent. Originally he wanted static cling but he also wants to be able to write the sqft of the space on it then wipe it off and reuse it for another property. I don't know what to suggest to him does anyone have any ideas?

I always tell customers that most often, changable signs cost about 3 times as much as a traditional sign. And for the extra cost, you also get a modge-podge looking sign (no matter how much time you spend making changeable info panels).

Perhaps they would be better off getting 3x3 banners, which should be more economical than a rigid sign, and look better.

Seeing that you're a franchise, I would imagine corporate would have suggestions for this kinda situation.

Very simply though, I would print it on a piece of paper and then tell him to cut the area out he doesn't want when he goes to change it and you print a predetermined legend area he can tape to the hole in the old sign.

:snarky Seriously, how cheap can a realtor be ?? They wanna rent or sell a property without putting more than $20 into it for advertising. What a chump ?? He needs to take some lessons in professionalism.

I agree he is just being cheap. He is a Realtor in my area they are all cheap.

We already did the rigid with suction cup idea he shot it down. I was just wondering if anyone had any other ideas.

And at the moment we don't have a trained franchise contact since ours quite a month ago.

do matte banner in template form, have them do a higher QTY for cheaper price then as they need to write the SQFT in the desired area.

that will be cheapest, easiest method.
That way they can install with whatever method they want and all is happy

real estate agents, and restaurants are the WORSE for the CHEAP above anything else!!!

Make him a 3x3 coro sign and give him your coro scraps that are laying around and going in the garbage anyway.
Tell him to go get some suction cups, velcro, and a bold sharpie.

If you don't like him, give him scraps that make him cut across the flute not with them...

Banner with dry erase tab for changing info

Coro sign with dry erase tabs attached with 3M command tabs

Coro sign with blank spot for him to print info on his desktop printer and tape it on.

How much time have you already spent trying to save this bottom feeder a couple of bucks?

I usually just tell real estate agents the name of the cheapest sign joint in town to be rid of them.
