reusable stencils

Hi everyone

the attached logo is for the Forest Service here in Utah - they would like to get reusable stencils made so they can use them to spray all their equipment - the issue is.....they want 3" & 8" stencils - pretty small for the amount of detail on the logo - any suggestions? - they have tons of equipment - from axes to coolers to vests...... on and on and on
