Reusable stencils

I have a customer that does airbrushing and would like some reusable stencils cut.

He only wants the stencils to be about the size of an A4 piece of paper.

What would the best material be to cut these from I have found in my gerber material book Plastigraphix lexedge and lexedge II I also found Plastigraphix PVC-10HG.

He said he needs them stiff but flexible enough to bend around bike tanks and such.

I have a GS 15 plus plotter.

Maybe some PhotoTex depending on how it reacts to the paint.

You're not going to get any compound curve out of a stencil but the lexedge should work for a flat or simple curve. You have to score cut almost all the way through and it's tough stuff. I put adhesive on mine for reverse print lables and do 3 or 4 stacked cuts at a 4.5 pressure on my GsxPlus.
