Rf-640 Banding in black

Hello there, we just purchased a new rf-640 express. the thing is fresh out of the box but Ive been having some banding issues in blacks and in some solid dark colors. im using arlon dpf 4500glx i will soon be switching to the matte version anyone have any tips to make the banding go away?

How about some pictures and nozzle check as well. Have you tried to tweak the feed?

Its brand new why don't you call your dealer to come and fix it?

Feed? Like the media feed? i don't think anything is wrong with the printer itself all the test prints are clean and it prints good color i think its a settings thing. but ill give them a call.

Yeah media feed. I think its usually pretty good around -0.10%

ok ill give that a try i just bumped up my head speed and switched to uni-direction and that seems to have done the trick
