RGB to CMYK conversion

Does anyone know the values of R 120, G 0, B 124 for CMYK, it comes up as a purple online but when I print it it comes out looking more like a reflex blue/blue

I doubt there is one.

520C within 5 degrees of precision, according to my CMYK to Pantone script thing.

Reflex blue is a hard color for us to hit. We experience the opposite, when we send out one of our blues that we hit here on our 6 color Roland to have printed on a cmyk press with a converted file we end up with purple. I don't think that there is a pantone for reflex blue either, they make reflex blue ink and use it as a spot color.

Reflex is very easy for me to print, there are CMYK values for reflex.

Pantone 520 looks to be the color I'm needing, thank you all for your help.
