Right CTRL + is making me MAD !!!

I am not sure whats going on, here and there I've noticed the right CTRL and + or G not working of the right ctrl....,
The same thing happends with Photoshop....,

Anyone?, its like windows is reserving right CTRL for something at times...
I will either break the keyboard in two symetrical halfs or get a quick response...

I don't think its a software issue as much as a hardware issue with the keyboard

I will try another keyboard , after disabling all the sticky keys without resolving the problem this keyboard will go to pieces very soon...
