Ok so I could not find this driver package on Mutoh site. I was able to find a full package randomly online I am providing a Dropbox link for anyone else who made need it in the future. Getting the USB to work was a dead end.

Old Mutohs had the USB but they never officially supported it. You can print to the USB through a RIP instead of a windows driver and it works but is not always reliable which is why they never supported it.
