Well nothing was on the tube last night so I was playing around on my laptop. I created a new user and installed a few things to turn that user accounts appearance to look like OSX Leopard. Well it's not exact, but it is still pretty cool
Now when ever I log on as "mac" it looks like this:
To go back to the windows appearance I just log on to my original account.
Here is what I did. Like I said first I created a new user account then I installed rocket dock:
http://rocketdock.com/
While you are there you can go to the "get addons" then "docklets" section to get some cool new functions for the dock. Especially this one:

I also got a date one and a one that shows my laptops battery life.
Now you need to skin the doc to look like OSX Leopard's
This is the best one I found:

Then hang a right at Deviantart and search down OSX style icons. You can customize the dock icons to look how ever you want. The OSX icons should all be there. You just have to do some searching.
I would recommend searching for ones that already have the reflections because rocketdock doesn't do the reflections automatically.
Then swing on over to stardock to download windows blinds so that you can re skin windows to look like OSX.

Then download this theme. It's the best one I could find:

Then all you need to do is get the wallpaper:

Now, there is a program that does a more complete conversion. But I didn't install it because it says it's not totally reversible without doing a system restore. It also says that it edits the registry. So I didn't want to do it. I guess one could set up a dual boot and test it out on one of the OSs. I was just doing it for fun so, so I didn't feel like spending the time needed.
