RockHopper II Registration Issues

Hey everyone I'm having some registration issues on my RockHopper II. The issue is left to right registration on the machine, it's printing between 1/32" and 1/16" off register. I've tried all the adjustments on the heads and ran all the registration patterns to try and line it back up but it doesn't seem to be working at all. The machine is old and we have replaced every head at some point in the last 4 years but it was printing fine up until a few months ago. We've been getting away with it but now it just seems like its getting worse. Could it be the older heads we replaced are just getting beat up and worn out or is there something else I can try?

Try write mode off. At me, i had also this problem. Just looked like defective heads. But it was the hard drive...
