Disgraceful. Nothing like destroying a time honored tradition. It's bad enough they've replaced gold leaf with stickers on most of the trucks and now this... Only thing missing is the rainbow. I suppose when you lose your home to a fire and worse, you have a family member burned to death, the flowers will cheer you up.

Nice idea. Extremely poor execution. If they wanted to raise awareness do the graphics on all the city buses. Last time I looked city buses get out a bit more than fire and rescue apparatus.

Just because it's unique doesn't mean it's useful.
