Roland 540 getting best black color ?

Hello

I wonder how to get the richest black using illustrator and Versaworks. I have noticed that the blacks are different
on the print although i am using same colors swatch some is very good and black but the some are like not so good. I have tried to make the black like 40,40,40,100 but no help the best results i get with 0,0,0,100. Anyone have any suggestions what is causes or what to change in Versaworks...

Rich Black

I call it Rich Black and use 60,40,20,100. On my SP 300 there is a huge difference than 0,0,0,100.

Add 100% of all or RGB Black which is the same thing to CMYK. I'm using Roland SP300V.
