Need Help roland 540i yellow not printing

yellow not printing roland 540i .teck came out changed damper,head board,main head board ,head,pump,head station,he cant get it going help needed

Yellow channel is possibly blown or cables damaged.
switch off machine and unplug. de-energise machine and
wait 15mins.. swap the cables over..
Repower and do a test print. if yellow is there, cables
require changing,if no yellow then head
requires replacing and DX5 heads aren't cheap.

Did he tried to charge inks? Call other tech, all that changes are not needed if he know a little of the machine.
