Roland AJ-1000 Error 0004

Hello in my Roland AJ-1000 only 2.5m 510g canvas, I get the error 0004. I changed the engine and the error continues. With paper or vinyl does not fail. The problem is that I have five years with this type of canvas and I want to continue using it.
I've checked the rollers and shaft and all is ok. Any suggestions?.
