Roland BN-20 - any owners? Thoughts?

Given the issues I'm having with my SP-300, I'm considering switching to a BN-20.

Does anyone use this machine? Thoughts? I don't do much printing (lots of cutting) and I don't need a machine bigger than 15".

I'd also love to know what the margins are on these machines, anyone know?

there are several post about these machines, the general thought is its hard to get material that fits, get a larger machine
