Need Help Roland BN-20 won't shoot ink.

The print head goes back and forth but no ink comes out. I replaced the assembly cap, still nothing. I've been told it may be the fuse, but I can't find the fuse. Looking for suggestions on how to fix it. Has anyone used Roland customer service to come out to fix anything?

Probably a blown fuse on the mainboard, as you suspect. See the attached pic for the location of the fuse. It's in a holder and can be replaced. You can get replacement fuses here.

This is the fuse that protects the heads from power surges and shorts.
