Roland camm 1 cutting issues

Dues any one know why my plotter keeps cutting like this, it does not cut smooth

gouged cutter protection strip, chipped blade, stiff bearing in the blade holder are the usual suspects.

need new blade #1..........check cutting stripe make sure its not all cut up. make sure the bearing in the blade holder is rotating.......

I have got that to a much lesser degree sometimes, after blade , and cutting strip change. Certain fonts can do that too. ( mind boggling) There's also an adjustment on the plotter
