GS-24 suddenly started acting up today after 6 yrs of trouble-free cutting.. Our service rep is on the road - and wouldn't be able to get here for weeks - but suggested gently cleaning the encoder strip, which I did, and cleaned the rest of it, lots of dust. No change. It will cut something fine, then cuts way beyond the left pinch roller, sometimes slamming to the far left, then gives a motor error. Sometimes says pinch rollers are in a Bad Position when they are not.
We can get parts readily enough. But does anyone know where to find a service manual for the gs-24?
