Roland CAMM 1 PNC 960 Need windows 7 driver

I just purchased an older Roland Camm 1 PNC 960 cutter, I am running windows 7, which I used with my SC Cutter.
I tried d02970J driver, but it comes back with error cant install with this system, I have searched but no luck,

Do I have to go back to Windows xp for this machine? or is there a driver for windows 7

I have a p 960 and have no problem running it on Windows 8. You should have no problem.
