my cutter has started to not completely enclose the cut on a letter or circle or whatever i am cutting. i have always had my offset set at .25mm and it has worked flawlessly until now. i did change to aftermarket blades, but have used them for a while without problems. any help is greatly appreciated.

thanks

i would look more AT THE PROGRAM you are cutting from.
ive had this same thing with SOME FONTS, not being from a good QUALITY font builder.

1. Check your cutting strip for wear.
2. Check the drive cable to make sure it's tight enough.
3. Check the depth of the blade in the holder.
4. Check for debris on or around the blade tip.
5. Check the force and test sample cuts.

Good Luck !
