Hello all
I have been having problems cutting vinyl on the cutter as the vinyl slips off one roller and also from time to time it cuts a letter on top of a previous letter,any ideas what could be causing this please as i have a van to do the writting for.
I have also had a err 2 wrong parameters error come up and missed a word at the end of a sentence,

the problem with the vinyl slipping is the pinch roller but it cutting over its self is a communication error

ive cleaned the rollers and seems better,could it be a bad condition from the serial lead from pc to cutter?

it could just be the cable
