Roland CJ-500 Printer HELP

I have a Roladn CJ-500 eco solvent printer. It has been acting up. I will be printing a job and at any given point it will just stop printing in the middle of the job. Sometimes it is at the begining, middle, and end.

What could this be? Has this happened to anyone else?

Any help would be awsome.

It has happened to me when I use to print with that machine. What software are you using to rip and print it?

I have been using color choice, but I just for flexi so sometimes i am using production manager

When I had that problem, I was using flexi pro, then I switched over to Colourchoice and never had the problem again.

Flexi prints so much better than color choice...and some of the jobs that I have are very detailed also... this sux...

i think my machine has a mind of its own. it stopped printing, so i let it just sit there and didnt abort or cancel the job. then in the rip program it said ripping done in the middle of the job. so i clicked on send, then it made a few passes of printing then stopped again
